Vosicool Extra

• Thoroughly clean the tank and pipes with Siox 25 and rinse with a 1% solution of Clean Plus.
• Rinse the tank and pipes with a 1% solution of Vosicool Extra until the rinsing water is almost clear.

Fill the tank with the amount of water required, then add the correct amount of Vosicool Extra:
• Operations on mild steel or steel with normal tensile strength: 5% Vosicool Extra.
• Medium-heavy operations on, for example, stainless steel and HSS steel: 6-10% Vosicool Extra.
• Regularly check the acidity and Brix value of the coolant (or have it checked).
• The usage concentration is 1.4 x the brix reading. The pH should be between 7 and 8.
• If necessary, add some Vosicool Extra.

• Store frost-free.

10 liters = 1 drum of 10 liters
20 liters = 2 drums of 10 liters
30 liters = 1 drum of 30 liters
60 liters = 2 drums of 30 liters
210 liters = 1 barrel of 210 liters
